Everyone loves a parade! Floats, marching bands, emergency vehicles, dancers & more! Starting at 9 a.m.

9:30 p.m. – Fireworks Spectacular
Kids Patriot Park is open to all. The park will close at 9:15 p.m. as the fireworks start at 9:30 p.m. Ride tickets will be for sale at the event. The attractions in the park are: Mechanical Meltdown, Toxic Twist Obstacle Course, 27′ 2 Lane Slide, Basketball, 52′ Toxic Jump, 26 Ft. Rockwall.  Event is from 4:15 – 10 p.m. The Cape Coral Bridge and Cape Coral Parkway from Del Prado Blvd to the bridge, will be closing at 3 a.m. on July 4.

Fort Myers Beach

Festivities kick off with a 10 a.m. parade up Estero Boulevard. Then, 15 minutes after sunset, one of the region’s most spectacular fireworks shows shoots off from the Fort Myers Beach Fishing Pier. Times Square will have patriotic activities from noon to 2 p.m.  Activities include patriotic crafts, a watermelon eating contest and a dunk tank. That’s the main event, but restaurants and others step up the festivities with music and activity in the Times Square & beach. Event is from 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. For more information call 239-454-7500

Miracle Baseball
Independence Day Celebration
Hammond Stadium, Fort Myers
Independence Day food and drink specials will be available, during the game followed by a post-game firework show! Miracle will take on the Palm Beach Cardinals. Fireworks will launch from behind the right field fence shortly after the final out in the ninth inning. 7 p.m. 239-768-4210

Star Spangled Bonita

There will be lots of fun activities for the whole family such as face painting and games for the kids, live music from the Mark Vee Band, delicious food and drinks, and of course Fireworks and a laser display to end the night with style!  Entrance into Star Spangled Bonita is free to the entire community. Freedom Fest 2019
Downtown Fort Myers
The Fort Myers River District Alliance would like to present Freedom Fest! Come enjoy free and family friendly fun from 6 – 10 p.m. Activities and entertainment will include live music, kids’ activities, rock wall, food trucks and vendors. Thunder Beach Band will be on stage from 6-9 and DJ Tom Brooks will be playing some tunes with special games for prizes. Fireworks at 9:30

Join thousands to witness this spectacular event filled with festive floats and family fun. 10 am to noon. The fireworks presentation at dusk will feature a thirty minute display with musically choreographed effects to patriotic selections. Free Pancake Breakfast at the Sanibel Community Church, 1740 Periwinkle Way, 7:30 – 9:30 a.m.  Parade route begins at Tarpon Bay Road on Periwinkle Way to Casa Ybel Road, 9:30 a.m. Road Rally starts at noon at Timbers parking lot, 703 Tarpon Bay Rd. Fireworks 9 p.m.

Get your tickets now for the newest, best fireworks watch party in SWFL!  Located right on the river with BBQ, Burgers, and Hot Dogs plus tons of kids activities such as bounce house, face painter, and balloon animals plus exclusive fireworks viewing! Food and beverages available. General admission is $5 (feel free to bring a chair) and front row view tickets are $20 per person (chairs will be provided directly on the riverfront!)  Children under 5 are free! Event begins at 5 p.m.
