  1. Builder Announcement

    Lennar sales opening September 21, 2026 — only 10 villas available at launch, then an 18-month wait

    Per Lennar's Kingston sales representative: Lennar will open sales on September 21, 2026. At launch, only 10 villas will be available — including the model home. After those sell, Lennar has confirmed no additional villas will be released for approximately 18 months. Lennar's Kingston villa product is the same single-story attached villa series offered at Verdana Village in Estero — single-level floor plans with a two-car garage. Buyers with villa interest should be under representation before September 21.

  2. Team Site Visit

    Esplanade at Kingston model homes complete; Kingston South models nearly complete

    Three Esplanade at Kingston models are on site with floor plan signage: Stella (3 bedrooms, 2–3 baths, 1,863 sq ft), Lavello (3–4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,306 sq ft), and Palermo (3–4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2,833 sq ft). Lennar, Pulte Homes, and Neal Communities models at Kingston South are nearly complete — exteriors are finished and interiors are still being worked on.

    Lennar marketing still references RAD Winery, which has closed

    Builder marketing materials for Kingston South from Lennar still reference RAD Winery on Corkscrew Road as a nearby destination. RAD Winery has closed and the property has been sold to Summit Church. Buyers researching nearby amenities should note this when reviewing builder collateral.

    Groundbreaking ceremony held for Kingston South (Cameratta Companies)

    Cameratta Companies held a groundbreaking ceremony for Kingston South. Lennar, Pulte Homes, Neal Communities, and Taylor Morrison (Esplanade at Kingston) were confirmed as builders for the first phase.
